Loud and Queer is an online platform dedicated to sharing the stories of inspiring LGBTQ+ individuals and their contributions from around the world.

Born as a response to the severe lack of LGBTQ+ representation and education that many of us experience growing up, our aim is to create an ever-growing resource that documents and celebrates just some of the incredible achievements our community has made to society and culture globally. Every feature on Loud and Queer is thoughtfully written by a different queer writer, and beautifully illustrated by a queer artist.

Growing up LGBTQ+ can often feel lonely and isolating. Through Loud and Queer we want to create a space where anyone can learn more about the people who make up our vibrant community and their invaluable contributions to the world – in the hope it brings connection, inspiration, and a sense of belonging to those who might need it.
